Mmm, September is coming, and that means the Austin City Limits Music Festival! Three days of heat, sweat, sunshine, sweat and great music. And sweat, in case you missed that. Yes, Texas gets hot. But with a steady supply of water, some sunblock and a wide-brimmed hat, you can experience a music festival unlike any other in the heart of Austin's beautiful Zilker Park, where you get music and a great view of downtown in the distance.
Some of this year's acts include the Foo Fighters, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, Beck and John Fogerty, to name a few of the big ones. (And by few, I mean only a few, because there are tons more big names scheduled for the 2008 ACL, like David Byrne, The Raconteurs, Gnarls Barkley and Erykah Badu.
The 3-day passes are the best value, so keep an eye out for the date, and don't miss the biggest and best Texas music festival there is!
